Payments and Refunds Policies

Recurring Billing
My Word Search will automatically re-bill your credit card each month or each year depending on the plan for which you signed up. For annual plans, we will attempt to send an email ahead of time to remind you that your renewal is coming up. However, we cannot be responsible for emails that have not been received.
Refund Policy
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you purchased a subscription or individual puzzle without making use of a free trial, and the service does not meet your satisfaction, you can request a full refund up to one month after your purchase. When a free trial is used, you are welcome to cancel online at any time, but we cannot issue any refunds.
Exceptions are occasionally made to this policy in extenuating circumstances. If you believe you may be eligible for an exception, please contact My Word Search customer support by using the 'Report an Issue' button at the top of the page.
Charge Disputes
If you have any dispute regarding charges to your account, you have 45 days from the date of the charge to dispute it. Please contact our support team regarding any questions concerning a charge.
Cancelling Service
To cancel your subscription, simply sign in to your account, visit your 'My Account' page, and click the Cancel button. Support representatives cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf.
Unpaid Accounts
If My Word Search is unable to re-bill your account during a renewal, we will suspend your account. Your puzzles will still be saved on your account, but you will be unable to publish any new puzzles until you update your payment information.
